Arctic Thyme Salt Japanese bag Japanese AntiquesA 90 gram jar of handcrafted and artisanal sea salt produced with the use of only geothermal energy in the remote Westfjords. Mixed with arctic thyme, a plant that grows on gravel soil and in dry heath lands only in Iceland, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands, which gives flakes a slightly floral flavor. Made by Icelandic company Saltverk, which specializes in hand harvested and sustainable salts made with traditions dating to the 17th century.
