🔥🔥 I have wanted to try making this dress for ages and seeing the new Hunger Games movie this fall finally pushed me into just TRYING IT, even if I didn’t totally know how I was gonna pull it off 😅 After some brainstorming/tests I ended up creating the flames on the bottom of the dress with magicians “flash paper” - a special material I found at my local magic shop that burns super fast, self extinguishes, and leaves no ashes
